    • By CHECK:  Please make a check out to Community Service Care Inc. Please mail the check to Community Service Care, Inc. 36 Perkins St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Please make sure to put The Black Response in the memo line.

    • Donor Advised Funds: To give via Donor Advised Fund (DAF) please write to to give us a heads up.

      • Please be sure to make it clear, via the memo, that the gift is for The Black Response when you give in this way.

    • Yes, your gift will be tax-deductible! Our fiscal sponsor is Community Service Care Inc. all donations to The Black Response Cambridge will be tax-deductible through our fiscal sponsor.

  • What is the relationship between the Black Response Cambridge and Cambridge HEART?

    • The Black Response (TBR) is an abolitionist research and advocacy organization program that is fiscally sponsored by Community Service Care, Inc (CSC). Initiated by Black Cambridge residents in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd, TBR has initiated, facilitated, and coordinated the participatory action research process that led to the development of the Cambridge HEART model. TBR is an advocacy organization. Part of TBR’s mission has been to advocate for the implementation of Cambridge HEART as an alternative public safety program in Cambridge.
